Shipping Policy

All shipments are processed under Ex Works (EXW) Incoterms. This means that the buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with transportation, including but not limited to shipping, duties, and taxes.
Orders with a total value below 100 EUR will incur a minimum order fee of 30 EUR.
All prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.

Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt to discuss possible solutions.
All return requests must be authorized by our team before any items are sent back.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If parts are returned to GM, they will be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and handling. This fee is 10% per part, with a minimum charge of 20 EUR per order.

If a returned part is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, GM reserves the right to deny credit for the item.
