CS350/550 are versatile roll-to-sheet guillotine sheeters

The CS350 and CS550 are GM's latest high-speed guillotine sheeters, delivering precise cutting with an accuracy of ±0.15 mm at speeds of up to 30 m/min or 14,000 sheets per hour.

Designed for both in-line and offline operation, the systems integrate with most digital label presses and are fully compatible with the GM finishing portfolio. Available in 350 mm and 550 mm web widths, they provide a flexible solution for converting labels, folding cartons, pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging, tobacco cartons, and other packaging materials.

The intuitive touchscreen interface allows operators to quickly set up jobs and select cutting modes based on label gaps, fixed lengths, or print marks. Advanced automation features ensure consistent accuracy, reduced waste, and reliable production performance.

Optional rotating shear knives enable length slitting and side trimming, while additional mobility and in-line modules can be added to suit specific production requirements.
