The CC160/200 is a fully automatic core cutter designed to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable cutting of cardboard cores on demand. Available in two models for core lengths up to 1600 mm (63") or 2000 mm (78.7"), it combines high production speeds with exceptional cutting precision to support efficient label and converting operations.

Built on decades of experience in core-cutting technology, the CC160/200 has been engineered to maximize uptime, simplify operation, and minimize maintenance. Its service-friendly design and rapid job changeovers help operators move seamlessly between production runs, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Operation is intuitive through a user-friendly touchscreen interface with clear graphical icons and production information. Once a core size and wall thickness are selected, the machine automatically adjusts all operating parameters, ensuring consistent, high-quality results with minimal operator intervention. Most job changes can be completed in just a few minutes.

A unique advantage of the CC160/200 is its ability to use either steel or nylon anvils, allowing users to optimize cutting performance while significantly extending knife life and reducing consumable costs.
